I have picked up a few shifts here and there   I would say I'm enjoying my 'extended vacation', but the weather refuses to cooperate!  Every time we have a sunny day I seem to have told Outback I'll come in and work!

Jen told me about your last fiasco!  Did they at least let you eat the shrimp they brought by mistake, or did they take it back?

I told Jen .... CHICKEN!!!  It's always chicken and a steak!!!     She should have called me when you sat in her station    And yes, she should have known better than to believe the hostess would actually have ordered your coconut shrimp!

I've been toying with the idea of asking Lissa (the proprieter) if I could work maybe 3 days a week - I think my back could handle that   We'll see!!

The funny thing it was Shrimp on the barbie... when they brought it out I just looked at it trying to figure out what it was. And then to top things off the vegy's were cold. It was quite amusing.

But not as amusing as the horrid service and food at Salty's on the 4th of July. And they seemed not even to care!

I am glad you are enjoying your vacation. We will hop on over when we find out you are working!!!

See what you get!  I was working at Outback on the 4th   I was playing 'manager' that night, but I would have waited on you if you hadn't gone to Salty's!  Well, maybe I would have put you in Tamarack's station - I was being deluged with take-away orders (we did twice the normal take away sales and only had one person in the take away room)!
