Waitertalk Registration / Forum Feeds

I've decided to remove the registration requirement for most of the items on Waitertalk.  Registration is required only for chat and this forum (for posting).

Also, the service that was providing the feeds into the forum (seattle.eats, alt.food.professionals, craigslist job postings) proved to be too unstable to continue.  I'll be re-evaluating their service in the future, and if they've become more reliable I will restart the feeds.
